Pregnancy isn't one-size-fits-all

The Pregometer is our localised, honest, and easy-to-follow timeline of pregnancy in Malaysia — with extra love for parents in Kota Kinabalu and beyond.

Each week includes:

  • How your baby’s growing (with funny local size comparisons)

  • What’s happening to your body (and emotions!)

  • Must-do checkups (including Pink Book reminders)

  • Real quotes from real mums

  • Local traditions, cultural quirks, and what our aunties say

  • ⚠️ Occasional pantang myths — take them with a grain of salt lah, don’t stress

Whether you're 4 weeks in or 40 weeks out, the Pregometer helps you track, plan, laugh, cry (blame hormones), and feel more in control — all in one warm little digital space.

Week 4

As big as a poppy seed

You might feel crampy, bloated, or suddenly hate the smell of garlic. Congrats, implantation's likely happened!

Pee on a stick (or 3 if you're dramatic). If positive, start prenatals and schedule your first clinic visit.

⚠️

Some elders say avoid pineapple now — it’s ‘panas’. Whether or not you listen, maybe just... hold the rojak.
