  • 50g soft tofu, drained 

  • 2 tbsp mixed finely chopped veggies (carrot, broccoli, corn) 

  • 1 tbsp flour or breadcrumbs 

  • 1 small egg

Step-by-step Method & Tips

  • Mix tofu, veggies, egg, and flour/breadcrumbs. 

  • Shape into mini patties. 

  • Pan-fry until golden on both sides.
