½ small potato, boiled and diced
1 tbsp minced chicken or beef (optional)
tbsp diced carrot/peas
1 small shallot, chopped
¼ tsp mild curry powder
Ready-made puff pastry
Step-by-step Method & Tips
Cook potato, protein, veggies, shallot, curry powder until soft
Cool, fill pastry, seal and bake/fry until golden
Use curry puff mould if you have any, if not- stick the ends of pastry puffs with water and press ends with fork to seal it properly and flair
