  • ½ small potato, boiled and diced 

  • 1 tbsp minced chicken or beef (optional) 

  • tbsp diced carrot/peas 

  • 1 small shallot, chopped 

  • ¼ tsp mild curry powder 

  • Ready-made puff pastry

Step-by-step Method & Tips

  • Cook potato, protein, veggies, shallot, curry powder until soft

  • Cool, fill pastry, seal and bake/fry until golden

  • Use curry puff mould if you have any, if not- stick the ends of pastry puffs with water and press ends with fork to seal it properly and flair
