Fruit Pancakes

2 tbsp self-raising flour
1 small egg
1–2 tbsp milk (breast milk/formula/cow’s milk)
1 small banana or a handful of blueberries or 2 tbsp chopped fruit (If they are large in size)
Step-by-step Method & Tips
Mashed the banana
Mix flour, egg, milk, and fruit (Set aside a few bits and pieces)
Drop spoonfuls onto a hot non-stick pan
Arrange the extra few bits of pieces of fruit on top of the batter (for clean arrangement, kids love pretty stuff)
Flip when bubbles form; cook both sides.
