Egg Veggie Muffins

1 small egg
1 tbsp grated cheese
2 tbsp mixed finely chopped veggies
1 tsp olive oil
Step-by-step Method & Tips
Beat egg, mix with cheese and veggies
Pour into mini muffin moulds (greased).
Bake at 180°C for ~15 mins or airfry at 160°C for ~15 mins, until set.
