Ingredients

  • 1 small egg 

  • 1 tbsp grated cheese 

  • 2 tbsp mixed finely chopped veggies 

  • 1 tsp olive oil

Step-by-step Method & Tips

  • Beat egg, mix with cheese and veggies

  • Pour into mini muffin moulds (greased). 

  • Bake at 180°C for ~15 mins or airfry at 160°C for ~15 mins, until set.
